βOur game Adorable Adventures is OUT!β
We released our first game! You play as a baby boar! πΆπ
If you can, it would be super-duper-awesome if you could buy, play and review it. And/or tell your baby-boar-loving friends!
Thanks SwingBill for sharing this VFX Style Guide on my discord server! This is also a good opportunity to mention (again) the amazing VFX style guides from League of Legends and Sparkball.
In Unreal one should disable World Position Offset in the distance to save performance. But this results in a *plop* when the mesh returns in its non-deformed state. This tutorial explains how to smoothly fade by making use of Primitive Data instead of using a custom value for defining the fade distance.
